Two Office Buildings Planned for Cherry Creek North

According to the Denver Business Journal, Beck Architecture has submitted a conceptual development plan on behalf of Broe Real Estate Group, for construction of the “Clayton Street Redevelopment Project” on the 200 block of Clayton Street in Cherry Creek.

According to Marc Savela, vice president development, Broe Real Estate, the development team is planning approximately 100,000 square feet of office development; 70,000 +/- at 200 Clayton (new building) and 30,000 +/- to be over above ground parking on the lot of the existing garage between 216 and 252 Clayton. “We’ve just made a concept submittal so there’s lots of work to do — exciting project in a great Cherry Creek location,” says Savela.
