The X Company and Property Markets Group (PMG) are currently constructing the 251 unit X Denver project in Denver’s Union Station North neighborhood.” The project, which marks the partnership’s entrance into the Denver market, broke ground in late 2018 and is scheduled for completion later this year.
According to PMG’s website, the 12-story tower will feature a rooftop restaurant combined with an expansive pool deck and fire pit terrace, modern fitness facilities, a greenhouse, performance space, and abundant co-working space.
The community is part of The X Company’s X Social Communities, which provide tenants with the option of renting either an entire apartment or just a bedroom in a co-living arrangement.
Just south of this project, on Inca Street, The X Company and PMG began construction early this year on a similar residential project by the name of X Denver 2. Also a 12-story development, it will provide 204 new homes and construction has reached five stories. According to Site Development Plans, Studio PBA is the architect for both developments.
