DENVER – Jefferson View, a 12-story apartment building at 2450 Alcott Street that will overlook I25 and be among the tallest buildings in the Jefferson Park neighborhood, is currently under construction. A tower crane is up on the project site and the first level has been poured.
Texas-based developer Argyle Residential and architect Meeks + Partners anticipate an August 2019 opening.
The apartment community will have a total of 248 one and two-bedroom options ranging from 579 nrsf, to 1,222 nrsf. with a monthly rent of $1,350 – $2,950. Each apartment will come with one parking space per bedroom.
