Vail Resorts Converting Silverthorne Offices into Workforce Housing

According to the Denver Post, Vail Resorts will put up $440,000 to convert a mixed-use property, the company owns in Silverthorne CO, into workforce housing.

The project is part of the company’s $30 million commitment to workforce housing. They have also started building a $6 million workforce housing project in Keystone.
