Value of Nonresidential Construction Starts Increase 15% in October 2016 via ConstructConnect

ConstructConnect reported that the value of October nonresidential construction starts increased 15.1% from September to $29.5 billion. Historically, there is a standard 4% seasonal drop in the value of construction starts this time of year.

Colorado is credited with two of ConstructConnect’s 10 largest project starts; both multifamily projects, including Elements at Prairie Center, Brighton, CO ($88 million) and The Copper Range Apartments, Colorado Springs, CO ($70 million).
