W.E. O’Neil Construction Company has purchased 5800 S. Nevada Street in Littleton for $5.6 million. The building will serve as the company’s new Colorado headquarters. W.E. ONeil will occupy the facility in late 2023 and is currently offering its Denver location, 227-229 Vallejo Street, for sale or lease.
RC Myles, managing broker at Thrive Commercial Group, and Craig Myles of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the buyer. The seller, The South Nevada, LLC; was represented by Jeff Wood and Monica Wiley of CBRE and Kyle Benson of Sessions Group.
W.E. ONeil Construction, a 98-year-old general contracting firm headquartered in Chicago, is 100 percent employee-owned and nationally ranked with locations in AZ, CA, CO, IL, TN and TX. The downtown Littleton building will serve as a new headquarters for the Colorado operation.

O’Neil Construction due to the proximity to the Littleton/Downtown Light Rail Station as well as numerous shops and restaurants in downtown Littleton,” said RC Myles of Thrive Commercial Group. “The immaculate condition of the building was also particularly attractive.”
5800 S. Nevada Street is currently used as a law office, which the owners painstakingly restored in 2016 from a former one-level industrial building to an attractive office, giving it a unique feel with ceilings as high as 30’ in some places, exposed steel I-beams and polished concrete flooring.
