EDENS, a Washington D.C.-based retail real estate owner, operator and developer, with a satellite office in Denver, now owns 10 buildings in Denver’s RiNo district, bringing the company’s total investment to more than $60 million to date.
EDENS recently purchased three buildings at 2628 Walnut St., 2600 Walnut St. and 2649 Walnut St. In total, Edens owns 136,000 square feet of retail real estate in the neighborhood.
In May 2018, EDENS purchased seven other buildings for more than $50 million. Tenants include Denver Central Market, Park Burger RiNo, Biju’s Little Curry Shop and First Draft Taproom & Kitchen.
