On August 1, 2021, Waypoint Real Estate, LLC, a Northern Colorado-based real estate brokerage, investment, and property management company, acquired the business assets of Investors Properties, LLC, a real estate property management and maintenance firm headquartered in Fort Collins. This news comes as Waypoint Real Estate prepares to celebrate five years in business.
Investors Properties, LLC Founder and Principal Owner, Mark Lockwood, will join the Waypoint Real Estate team and continue to provide full-service property management services under the Waypoint umbrella. Mark Lockwood brings over 30 years of experience in commercial property management. Investors Properties manages over 500,000 SF of commercial real estate and commercial condominium associations, the addition of which will bring Waypoint Real Estate’s commercial management portfolio to approximately 2,700,000 square feet.

Lockwood will be located at the offices of Waypoint Real Estate at 125 S. Howes, KeyBank building, 5th Floor.
Acquiring Investors Properties and bringing Lockwood on the team will allow Waypoint Real Estate to combine the experience and resources from both groups, creating a more robust a streamlined service offering to clients in the Northern Colorado and Wyoming market. With even more veteran property managers on board, the company can offer clients a combined 70 years of regional property management experience working with local owners, tenants, and vendors.
