Confluence Companies celebrated the groundbreaking of Weatherford Hall on September 1, the newest addition to The Brickyard, its mixed-use development in Castle Rock. The construction milestone marks another step forward for the district as it continues to take shape as a destination for residents, businesses and the broader Castle Rock community.
Weatherford Hall will bring together a dynamic mix of dining, coffee and commercial businesses, including Willy Nilly, Owen-Ames-Kimball (O-A-K), Where Food Comes From, Three, and Lolley’s Ice Cream.
Among the new concepts is Willy Nilly, a new restaurant concept from Shucking Good Hospitality, the Denver-based hospitality group behind Oliver’s Italian, Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood, and Ash and Agave. The group is known for developing and operating distinctive restaurant concepts centered around exceptional quality, hospitality, and community.
Owen-Ames-Kimball (O-A-K), a commercial construction and management firm, will establish a presence at Weatherford Hall. O-A-K has an established Colorado operation in Castle Rock and serves clients throughout the region.
Where Food Comes From, a Castle Rock-based company with a national presence in food verification and certification, will bring both its office headquarters and a new restaurant concept to Weatherford Hall. The company provides independent verification, certification and technology services that help bring greater transparency to how and where food is produced.
Three, a new coffee and market concept from the team behind Castle Rock’s COFF33, will bring a fresh coffee experience to Weatherford Hall. Building on COFF33’s community-focused approach, Three will offer a welcoming place to meet, work, and connect.
Rounding out the announced lineup will be Lolley’s Ice Cream, an exciting ice cream shop, its fourth location, adding a family-friendly offering and another reason to visit The Brickyard throughout the day.
Located within The Brickyard in Castle Rock, Weatherford Hall is envisioned as more than a standalone commercial building. Its mix of businesses is part of a broader effort to create a walkable, active district where people can live, work, dine, and gather.
The groundbreaking was celebrated alongside project partners, future tenants, community members, and representatives from the Town of Castle Rock, recognizing the collaboration helping to bring the next phase of The Brickyard to life.

Weatherford Hall is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
