White Construction Group Tops Out Third Meadows Building in Castle Rock

White Construction Group recently celebrated the topping out of the Meadows 3 mixed-use project in Castle Rock. The team raised the final beam on to the top of the 21,400-square-foot structure. The $4.5 million project is the third development to be built at the Meadows, located just west of the Castle Rock Outlets and across from the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital.

Developed by TWDD, the project includes street-level retail and will provide core and shell space ready for tenant improvements. The architect is HB&A. The project is expected to be complete in February 2020.

“We’re excited to building our third building for TWDD and the Meadows,” said Dan Rondinelli, vice president of business development at White Construction Group.
