This June, globally acclaimed hospitality company 50 Eggs Hospitality is slated to open Yardbird Denver in RiNo, a nationally-acclaimed culinary destination known for its unapologetically indulgent dishes and heady bourbon cocktails. Yardbird Denver will occupy a 14,950-square-foot restaurant complex at LOT Twenty-Eight, an adaptive reuse project of a manufacturing facility at the intersection of 28th and Blake Street and will be the brand’s largest location to date.

“Denver has emerged as one of the top dining locations in the country. With award-winning chefs and restaurants, the opportunity to continue to evolve the Yardbird brand in this thriving culinary and hospitality scene made Denver the perfect location for us to grow the Yardbird brand,” says John Kunkel, CEO and founder of 50 Eggs Hospitality (CHICA, Yardbird, CAPRI, Spring Chicken, WAKUDA, Spritz). “Beyond the culinary scene, we are inspired by the local community, and look forward to embracing RiNo’s vibrant art scene, and infusing this into our design and programming.”

The nationally-acclaimed culinary destination Yardbird Denver is designed by New York-Rockwell Group, an award-winning global architecture and design firm. The Denver location, in the RiNo District, will reflect the next generation of Yardbird. An expansive outdoor back patio space will host live entertainment and music feeding into the surrounding art community. The terrace also includes a spacious dining area, lounge, and stage that can accommodate nearly 600 guests. With a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere, Yardbird Denver creates an ample environment for visitors and locals alike.

The Yardbird concept has expanded by 50 percent in the past four years. Yardbird plans to expand to London, NYC, Austin, South Florida, and the Middle East.

“We have incredible things planned for our Yardbird Denver opening that will be announced in the coming months, including a show-stopping opening celebration, one unlike anything Denver has ever seen,” says Kunkel. “Additionally, we have an intimate and exclusive space within the Yardbird Denver footprint that we will be announcing later this year. Look out for an experience that will take the art of the cocktail to a new level and that defies all expectations.”

Since its inception in the heart of Miami Beach in 2011, Yardbird quickly gained fame for its unapologetically indulgent dishes and heady bourbon cocktails. Serving up nationally acclaimed American classics for over a decade, Yardbird is a tribute to all the craveable American classics that bring people together. From Los Angeles to Singapore and cities in between, Yardbird has spread its wings on a global scale, upholding a current total of seven locations, each featuring a menu tailored to reflect the unique tastes of the city it calls home. Yardbird Denver will be the eighth location for Yardbird and will serve as the brand’s new flagship.
