BOA® Technology, the creator of the award-winning patented BOA® Fit System, has signed a 10-year lease renewal at Zeppelin Development’s TAXI campus, a 28-acre mixed-use campus and community in RiNo. Located at 3575 Ringsby Ct., the 87,787-square-foot office in TAXI’s Flight Building represents one of the largest commercial lease transactions in Denver this year. The lease extension commences July 1, 2025. Tributary Real Estate represented BOA® Technology.
“We are thrilled to continue our long-standing partnership with BOA that began over 10 years ago,” said Kyle Zeppelin, president of Zeppelin Development. “This renewal exemplifies our shared commitment to the original vision of TAXI of valuing people and planet above all, through sustainable, design-forward, amenity-rich and inviting workspace. Between a brand-new fitness center, green roofs, LEED-certified buildings, a new restaurant and a coffee shop, the TAXI experience envelops our mutually shared values and ethos.”
BOA® Technology has been a tenant at TAXI since 2012. The central RiNo location is ideal for BOA® Technology’s 150 Denver-based employees and visiting partners. Supported by an ownership group committed to evolving with market demand, the TAXI development is well-suited for modern tenant preferences.
“BOA’s global headquarters in the Flight building at Zeppelin Development’s TAXI campus is an important epicenter for our company as an inspiring connection point for our employees, brand partners and community organizations. We look forward to growing over the next decade in this great facility and supporting the surrounding community,” said R. Shawn Neville, BOA CEO.
Zeppelin and BOA® Technology partnership goes beyond the typical landlord/tenant relationship, as the two companies have partnered regularly through community enrichment campaigns, such as a South Platte River cleanup and Colorado Village Collaborative.
“This transaction illustrates the essential partnership between tenants and landlords, especially in times of economic challenge,” said Andy Cullen, partner and managing broker of Tributary Real Estate. “As important stakeholders in our downtowns, landlords and tenants can come together to make an impact beyond the lease transition into the communities they operate. BOA and Zeppelin are a prime example of this impact.”
Since 2001, TAXI has been a hub for innovation, creativity, and business, is a mixed-use community of innovators, entrepreneurs, creative residents, with ten buildings, 150 businesses, 350,000 square feet of commercial office space, and 300 full-time residents.
