Addressing the 23% Gender Pay Gap in CRE

It’s a hard truth to swallow that women employed in the commercial real estate industry currently make 23.3 percent less than men. The Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, an organization of women in the industry, recently surveyed 2,182 men and women nationwide. The study found the median annual compensation for women in the industry to be $115,000, while men received $150,000.
