Fitzsimons Golf Course in Aurora will close to the public on December 15th — a favorite of former President Dwight Eisenhower.
The land adjacent to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, is owned by Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority and the area is zoned for multi-use construction, suggesting that the course will likely be redeveloped.
