Denver’s Construction Labor Shortage Cause for Concern

View here

According to the Denver Business Journal, a major construction labor shortage in Denver could pose a problem for the multiple developments scheduled to begin in the city in the next few years — $4 billion to $6 billion in infrastructure investments and major overhauls to be exact.

The industry will look to the Construction Careers Now program — a one-month training program that teaches the bare-bones of working in construction so that workers can get hired by a company that will train them on the job — to help fill the gap.
