The Opus Group Completes Mixed-Use Luxury Apartments in Centennial

DENVER The Opus Group (Opus) have completed The Glenn, a six-story 306-unit multifamily development in Centennial. The pedestrian-friendly building has 2,100 square feet of ground level retail, which currently is available for lease.

Named in honor of local entrepreneur and philanthropist, Glenn Jones, the transit-oriented development is located just two blocks from the light rail station, providing convenient access to downtown Denver and DIA.

Opus Development Company, L.L.C. is the developer, Opus Design Build, L.L.C. was the design-builder and Opus AE Group, L.L.C. was the architect and structural engineer of record as well as the interior designer.

Residents have the choice of several floor plans ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. Luxury finishes are standard for all units and include tall ceilings, designer lighting, custom kitchen cabinets, under-mount sinks, quartz countertops, glass tile surrounds in bathrooms and in-unit washers and dryers. The building wraps around a central parking garage, providing residents and guests the ability to park on the same floor as their unit, within a short walking distance.
