Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC announced the sale of 9598 Montview Boulevard in Aurora. The single tenant commercial building sold for $307,000 ($305.77 per square foot). Principal Jules Hochman represented the buyer in the transaction.
- Pinnacle also announced the sale of 1423 Race Street located in Denver. The 5,338 square foot office building sold for $1.725 million ($323 per square foot). Principal Kevin Calame represented the buyer, George Wolf Memorial Trust, and seller, Dave Chvosta, in the transaction.
- ARA Newmark announced the sale of a 52,961-square-foot office space, located at 1221 Broadway in Denver, for $17.1 million. Riki Hasimoto, Daniel Grooters and John Gustafson of ARA Newmark represented the seller, CPX Broadway Office, LLC. Northstar Commercial Partners represented the buyer.
- The Hilltop Farm Investment Group sold 135 acres of land located at 22050 East 64th Avenue in Aurora to Sebastian Capital, LLC for $2.1 million. Tyler Smith, Alec Rhodes and Aaron Valdez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Brett Beerer of Evergreen Commercial Group, LLC represented the buyer.
- Woodspear Properties leased 12,600 square feet of industrial space located at 15690 Parkerhouse Road to i2 Construction. The project is now 100% leased. Tyler Smith and Sam Slaton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Kayla Schmitz of Five Four Real Estate represented the tenant.
