Southeast Denver’s newest and most versatile business park, Encompass Business Park, has added another new tenant. Central Development is excited to announce that Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. will occupy Encompass 173 at 7191 S. Blackhawk St., Centennial.
Motion Flow (MFCP) is a complete solutions provider of industrial/mobile products and systems that control motion and flow. The company provides customized solutions such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, filtration, lubrication, and custom hoses.
MFCP joins a diverse array of current tenants, including Room & Board, Brakes Plus, Avalon Water, American Power, and others. MFCP’s new space consists of a fully built-out spec suite that comprises 31,583 square feet of the 173,000-square-foot Encompass 173 building.
Established in 2017, Encompass Business Park is a 62-acre mixed-use infill industrial park uniquely suited to accommodate tenants of varying sizes and industries.
