Aspendale, a newly launched active adult housing brand, recently celebrated the grand opening of the Welcome Center and Sales Office for Aspendale Northglenn, the brand’s second Colorado community designed for residents aged 55 and older. The project broke ground in April 2024 and is now pre-leasing 172 thoughtfully designed apartment homes within a four-story community tailored to support a vibrant, connected lifestyle for independent older adults.
