Clients, trade partners, community leaders, and both past and present employees joined together at Howell’s Denver office to honor the company’s long-standing legacy in Colorado.
Founded in 1935, Howell Construction has grown from a small local builder into one of Denver’s most trusted commercial contractors, delivering innovative projects across healthcare, advanced industries and corporate interiors environments for both private and public entities along the Front Range.
“This milestone is more than just a number; it represents the people, partnerships, and values that have carried us through nine decades,” said Roger Smith, general manager of Howell Construction. “We are honored to have built impactful projects and long-lasting relationships in the Denver community. Our employees and clients, past and present, are the foundation of our success.”
The anniversary celebration brought together clients, trade partners, and team members to reflect on Howell’s contributions to the region and look ahead to the company’s future. Over the past 90 years, Howell Construction has remained committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and maintaining strong partnerships rooted in trust. The firm continues to lead with a people-first approach, ensuring that collaboration, integrity, and excellence remain central to every project.
