Chadwell Supply, the largest privately owned maintenance supplier in the United States, has announced the opening of its new Denver branch.
Conveniently located just south of Denver International Airport at 6650 N. Denali St., Suite 130 in Aurora, the Denver-area Chadwell Supply branch will serve apartment home communities throughout Greater Denver. The branch will provide next‑day delivery of multifamily maintenance supplies and will stock more than 6,000 line items curated specifically for multifamily properties—from toilet seats to air-conditioning units—ensuring communities have everything they need to operate comfortably and efficiently.
Geoff Nagy, Chadwell Supply’s Director of Branch Operations, recently relocated from the company’s thriving Las Vegas market to lead development efforts in Denver. He and his team have hired dozens of Denver-area residents to staff the branch, a step Nagy says reflects the company’s long‑standing commitment to local investment.
