Fashion Boutique to Open at 9+CO This Spring

9th & Colorado (9+CO)

On the heels of announcing HW Home is moving to 9+CO last week, a new retail concept will open this spring at 9th & Colorado (9+CO), the 26-acre urban infill community developed by Continuum Partners with new investment partners M Development and Carlton Associates, that reimagines shopping as both an aesthetic and emotional experience. Founded by Caitlin Keys, Therapy women’s fashion boutique is a playful nod to “retail therapy,” featuring a curated selection of statement pieces, artisanal fashion, everyday closet favorites, and a playful edit of tennis, pickleball, and padel apparel. Planned to open in Spring 2026, Therapy will be located at 4144 8th Place in the 9+CO community.

Therapy brings together Keys’ career in hotel development and international real estate sales with a lifelong love of travel and fashion. Having traveled to nearly 50 countries—including living in Chile and Spain—she has long been inspired by experiencing culture through local boutiques, designers, textiles, and the way fashion reflects lifestyle around the world.

“Some of my most meaningful travel memories are tied to the small shops I stumbled upon,” says Keys. “Therapy is an extension of that feeling—a space where discovery, beauty, and intention intersect.”

Therapy will spotlight female designers and international voices, with an emphasis on slow fashion, small-batch production, and mindful sustainability—both in brand selection and store design. Each piece will be chosen not only for its aesthetic appeal, but for the story, craft, and values behind it. Fluent in Spanish and inspired by recent trips to Mexico, Keys will launch Therapy with a curated selection of Mexican designers, while also collaborating with creatives from Bali, Dubai, Spain, Italy, Japan, Australia, Argentina, and the UK—with plans to expand the curation as the concept and seasons evolve.

In selecting a home for Therapy, Keys was drawn to the 9+CO development for its vibrant retail mix and sense of community. She envisions clients wandering in after a pedicure, arriving early for a movie, taking a break from the workday, or popping by after lunch or pilates.

“Therapy is exactly the type of tenant 9+CO was built to attract—one that values community and has a unique point of view to share with customers,” said Matt Schartz, director of asset management at Continuum Partners. “We look forward to Therapy opening this Spring and sharing this distinctive retail concept with the neighborhood.”
