Jordon Perlmutter & Co. announced today that Bron Tapes Holding LLC, one of the nation’s leading distributors and converters of pressure-sensitive tapes, adhesives and flexible material solutions, has signed a full-building lease totaling 82,000 square feet at Hub Arapahoe, the premier 22-acre, 304,172-square-foot Class A industrial campus located in Centennial.
The commitment brings Phase II of the development to 75% pre-leased as construction continues to advance. The phase will deliver more than 152,000 square feet of highly functional industrial space across two buildings, with completion slated for May 2026. With Bron and Pacific Office Automation now secured as tenants, just 40,000 square feet remain available.
“We’re proud to have Bron join the growing roster of tenants at Hub Arapahoe and continue building momentum for Phase II,” said Sean Perlmutter, partner at Jordon Perlmutter & Co. “Bron is a highly respected industry leader, and their commitment further validates our vision for Hub Arapahoe as a best-in-class industrial infill campus delivering the access, flexibility and quality today’s users demand.”
Bron has operated in the region since 1977 and represents a portfolio of brands including Bron Tapes, Bron Aerotech, Bron Converting and NSL Aerospace. The new facility at Hub Arapahoe will serve as the company’s Colorado headquarters and operational hub, supporting more than 100 Denver-based employees. The company will leverage approximately 16,000 square feet of office space for their team alongside 66,000 square feet of production and equipment space, configured through a custom floor plan designed to support the company’s complex operations.
“Bron is thrilled to establish our new Colorado headquarters and super-site facility at Hub Arapahoe,” said George Caillouette, general manager and vice president of operations at Bron. “This facility gives us the location and modern infrastructure we need to support our team, strengthen operations and continue delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.”
The lease marks another milestone for Hub Arapahoe, following the successful completion and lease-up of Phase I, which attracted tenants including FritoLay, Flex Energy Solutions, Med Safety Solutions and D-Bat. The strong leasing velocity across both phases highlights the continued demand for well-located, high-quality industrial facilities in the Southeast Denver submarket.
Situated 1.5 miles east of I-25 at Arapahoe Road and minutes from the Denver Tech Center, Hub Arapahoe offers tenants exceptional regional connectivity alongside modern industrial features including 24-foot clear heights, 18–20 dock-high doors and four grade-level doors per building, ESFR sprinklers, expansive truck courts, and flexible suite sizes ranging from 15,000 to 82,000 square feet. The campus is also adjacent to Peakview Park and surrounded by a wide range of retail, dining and transit amenities.
“The leasing velocity at Hub Arapahoe reflects the quality of the development and the strength of its location within the Southeast submarket,” said Dave Lee, senior managing director at JLL, who leads leasing efforts alongside Jason Addlesperger and Philip Lee. “Bron selected Hub Arapahoe for its new corporate headquarters facility for the same reasons other tenants have: strategic access to I-25, proximity to desirable amenities and a high-image environment designed for modern industrial users.”
Murray & Stafford Inc. serves as general contractor for Phase II, with architectural design by Ware Malcomb. Troy Leland of JLL represented Bron Tapes in the transaction.
