Clubhouse Work & Golf, a flexible workplace community built around an indoor golf club, is officially open in Cherry Creek. The company celebrated the grand opening of its second location on Oct. 8, welcoming members, partners and guests to experience the new 23,000-square-foot, two-story space at 720 S. Colorado Blvd, featuring 65 private offices designed for individuals and teams alongside shared work areas, meeting spaces and golf and hospitality amenities.

The opening builds on strong demand at Clubhouse’s original Greenwood Village location, where private offices reached full capacity in just over a year and 30 additional offices are planned as part of an expansion.

“We’re excited to finally open the doors to Clubhouse Cherry Creek and welcome people into a space we’ve been incredibly intentional about creating,” said Josh Kaplan, founder of Clubhouse Work & Golf. “This location gave us the opportunity to take what we learned from Greenwood Village and push the concept further, bringing more of the Clubhouse brand into every part of the experience and creating a more refined version of what we set out to build from the beginning.”

That evolution is reflected throughout the Cherry Creek location, where private offices range from spaces for individual professionals to options designed for mid-sized teams. Members also have access to shared work areas, an expanded mix of meeting and gathering spaces, five Trackman golf simulators, an indoor putting green, a bar and hospitality-driven lounge areas. Distinct workspace neighborhoods provide different environments for focused work, collaboration, meetings and informal connection throughout the day.

Clubhouse’s expansion comes as companies continue to prioritize high-quality, amenity-rich office environments. Cherry Creek has emerged as one of Denver’s strongest office submarkets, with strong tenant demand, top-of-market rents and limited supply as drivers of continued development in the neighborhood.

That market dynamic also shaped how Clubhouse approached its second location. While Greenwood Village has attracted entrepreneurs and smaller teams, Cherry Creek positions the company to serve larger companies and a younger professional audience in a more urban, amenity-rich setting. Beyond daily workspace, the location is designed to function as a tool for client hospitality, team building, recruiting and company gatherings.

“Companies want more flexibility from their workplace and more value from the spaces they use,” said Joe Skovgaard, co-founder of Clubhouse Work & Golf. “Clubhouse can be where a team works during the day, where they bring a client that afternoon and where they host employees that evening. That versatility is a major part of what we wanted to create in Cherry Creek.”

Clubhouse also brings a new amenity to the Galleria Towers, giving building tenants access to meeting, lounge and entertainment spaces that complement a traditional office environment and create additional opportunities to gather, host and connect.
