Tipsy Putt will open in Denver’s Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood at 1755 Blake St. #125, in late 2026, featuring golf-centric games — including nine-hole mini golf and Tipsy Putt’s own 1-2 Putt™ — plus chef-driven food and locally sourced beverage offerings.
1755 Blake is a 170,868-square-foot office building. Acquired in 2021 by Unico Properties LLC, the LEED BD+C-certified, Class A building is adjacent to the transportation hub, Union Station, and encompasses 112,946 square feet of office space and ground-level retail, as well as a 2-story below-grade parking garage.
“The opportunity to bring the first Tipsy Putt to Denver and to 1755 Blake is incredibly exciting for the building and for the vibrant and thriving neighborhood,” said Charlie Floberg, vice president and market leader of Unico Properties LLC, the real estate investment and operating company that owns and manages 1755 Blake. “LoDo is one of Denver’s most dynamic and active areas, offering access to some of the best that Denver has to offer. This is the perfect place for Tipsy Putt to expand its presence outside of California, and Tipsy Putt Denver will further elevate both the building and the flourishing neighborhood that continues to grow at a rapid rate.”
With four locations across California, Tipsy Putt Denver marks the family-owned brand’s first outside of the Golden State. Sacramento-based co-founders (and husband-and-wife) Brandon and Jenny Robinson are excited to bring Tipsy Putt’s inclusive and approachable take on indoor mini golf and entertainment to Denver, a destination that the pair have visited frequently over the years.
“We’re delighted to be opening Tipsy Putt in Denver, a place that means so much to both of us,” Jenny Robinson says. “We’re intimately familiar with Colorado’s passion for adventure and interactive experiences, and we think Tipsy Putt Denver will bring even more energy to this already vibrant community. We can’t wait to be a gathering place to celebrate life’s special moments, whether it’s date night, an office holiday party or just spending time together in an engaging way.”
As at its other locations, Tipsy Putt Denver will feature interactive offerings including indoor mini golf with a Denver twist, Tipsy Putt’s proprietary 1-2 Putt™ tabletop game (a combination of mini golf and shuffleboard), cornhole and classic board games. The spacious 12,500 square-foot space also features ample TVs for sports fans and a DJ booth for live tunes.
A full bar complete with craft cocktails, a local-only beer list and a menu of chef-driven casual and shareable items such as tacos, nachos, flatbreads, wings, burgers and salads will complement the games. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will also be available, as will zero-proof cocktails and N/A beer.
“Our ethos has always been ‘why choose between fun and a great dining experience when you can have it all in one place?’” says Brandon Robinson. “Our Denver location will combine golf-focused entertainment with thoughtfully sourced, high-quality food and drink offerings.”
Fans of Tipsy Putt Denver can become Tipsy Putt members and receive unlimited mini golf and 1-2 Putt™ at all Tipsy Putt locations nationwide, exclusive discounts on Tipsy Putt merchandise and beverages, and regular buddy passes to bring friends along to play. Tipsy Putt will also play host to league nights, trivia and other regular community programming.
For larger groups and events, from corporate gatherings to holiday parties, Tipsy Putt Denver offers customizable party rooms with dedicated event support, catering options and game packages. The private event spaces can accommodate between 10–150 guests with full catering.
Tipsy Putt Denver is teed up to open in late 2026.
