A newly completed affordable housing development owned and operated by Koelbel & Company and built by Alliance Construction Solutions, RidgeGate was designed by Bryant Flink Architects & Design with accessibility and opportunity in mind. Located at 10810 Rail Way, new tenants are offered both comfort and convenience to connect business, life, and the Denver community.
RidgeGate offers four levels of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, totaling 67 residences over one level of parking. The 90,900-square-foot development provides modern designs with comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. With large windows, the units emphasize our beautiful Colorado landscape with outdoor views. They also have open-concept floor plans, individual washers, dryers, water heaters and full kitchens that give both comfort and privacy.
