On Friday, Dec.2, Alliance Construction Solutions, along with Archdiocesan Housing, Inc., Medici Consulting Group, Kephart Architects, subcontractor partners and the current residents of Immaculata Plaza, came together to celebrate the topping out of the Immaculata Plaza project.
The work at Immaculata Plaza includes renovating the 25 existing live-in senior apartments, in addition to the construction of a new 3-story, 24,600-square-foot building which will add 30 new apartments of affordable housing for the senior community of Greeley. This complex will be a great addition to the current residents and the surrounding community.
Ryan Mirus, superintendent for Alliance Construction Solutions, stated “I am proud of our team for the work put into delivering a quality project for our clients, as well as the current and future residents of Immaculata Plaza. Our subcontractors have done an amazing job to make sure current residents feel comfortable as they temporarily relocate during the ongoing renovations.” Ryan continued, “While our task is renovation and construction, we want to ensure the residents know we understand this is
their home and we are just guests here to make it a more modern and comfortable place to live.”
Immaculata Plaza is slated for completion in early Summer 2023.
