SMPS Colorado hosted its annual Marketing Excellence Awards event on Thursday, May 22, at the Balistreri Vineyards in Denver. A celebration of the outstanding achievements of Colorado’s top A/E/C firms and professionals, the event was emceed by Lisa Dimino White, author, international speaker, podcast host, and certified Professional Coach, also known as The Joy Seeker.

Firm Leader of the Year:

This person is a technical leader whose influence has significantly impacted marketing and/or business development within their firm through collaboration, mentorship and advocacy.
Marketer of the Year:

This person stands out in the craft of marketing and communications in the A/E/C industry and has made significant contributions towards promotion professionalism.
Business Developer of the Year:

This person stands out in the profession of business development in the A/E/C industry and has had a significant success in securing professional services work.
Member of the Year:

This person has made the greatest difference to the success, reputation, health, or function of the Chapter in the past year.
Leonardo Award:

The Leonardo Award is the most prestigious recognition by SMPS Colorado, honoring an individual who demonstrates a high level of professionalism in the marketing of services for the built environment.

SMPS Colorado was founded in 1983 and is now the top chapter nationwide.
