Avanti Residential Begins Construction of First Development in Colorado

Denver-based Avanti Residential and RE Solutions are pleased to announce the start of construction on the West 29th Apartments, located at the corner of West 29th Avenue and Xavier Street in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood of Denver. Construction is scheduled for completion in November 2023 and leasing efforts will begin in mid-2023.

“This site, is located in a beautiful tree-canopied neighborhood which has a Bikeable score of 76 and a Walkable score of 66,” said Stuart Miner, project principal. “We’re excited to be underway with construction and bring an outstanding and highly desirable apartment building to Sloan’s Lake.”

K2 Residential Solutions is the general contractor for the project and Design Studio Architects is the architect.

The apartments will include studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 624 square feet to 1,102 square feet. The building will emphasize “sustainable living” with features like solar-powered common areas and electric car chargers. It will also include private balconies, pet washing stations and a common sky deck with grill.
