Denver, CO – BBG announced the appointment of Brett Wilkerson as Managing Director of the firm’s Denver office. Wilkerson’s appointment follows BBG’s recent acquisition of Denver-based Commercial Valuation Consultants, Inc. a full-service commercial real-estate appraisal firm. The CVC acquisition, which was announced in October, allows BBG to continue to serve its clients on a larger scale in the West and give the firm a greater presence in this region.
Wilkerson will focus on business development, the continued growth and development of the Denver office, new client acquisition targeting a diverse client base primarily located in but not limited to the Colorado region, client and staff management, and maintaining/cultivating the company culture.
Wilkerson has significant expertise with multi-family valuation, feasibility, and market studies of conventional and affordable properties. His experience also includes the valuation of commercial properties, such as office buildings, office/warehouses, industrial and retail properties, condominiums, and vacant land.
Prior to this appointment, Wilkerson served as a Director and Senior Real Estate Appraiser at the BBG’s Dallas office. He began his career with the firm as an analyst in 2005.
