Beacon Capital Partners LLC, bought a two-acre River North Parcel at 36th and Blake street for $19.37 million. Elevation Group LLC, was the previous owner of the site and had planned to construct a hotel, retail and office space. The developers were close to getting their plans approved for the site last fall but activity on the project started to slow down, and the building permits were never issued. With this new purchase Beacon Capital Partners is now the owner of two of downtown Denver’s largest office buildings.
