DENVER – BMC Investments (BMC) recently began pre-leasing its luxury residences at the St Paul Collection in the heart of Cherry Creek North. The Denver-based real estate investment company has already pre-leased 10 percent of residences in tower one, including the top floor penthouse, located at 210 St. Paul Street. Additionally, tower one will also house retail tenant CB2, the sister brand of Crate & Barrel, while tower two will be home to Denver’s very first SoulCycle, the country’s premier full-body indoor cycling and lifestyle brand.
“St. Paul Collection will set a new standard in Denver, and from the enormous interest we’ve received in pre-leasing in recent months, there’s clearly an appetite for this level of luxury living,” said Adam Fenton, vice president of development for BMC Investments. “We’re thrilled to bring this vision to life, which incorporates smart home features, state-of-the-art technology and the incredible finishes that are important to our clientele, as well as highly anticipated retail options.”
Designed as a micro-haven of sophisticated urban living, the $165 million St. Paul Collection is comprised of two towers offering 165 luxury rental residences including one-, two- and three-bedroom options as well as penthouses and ranging in size from 770 to 2,800 square feet. Amenities will include a rooftop deck with pool, hot tub and cabanas, resident clubhouse and a full-service concierge. Each residence will be furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and finishes including custom cabinets, waterfall countertops and stone backsplashes. Pricing for St. Paul Collection ranges from $2,700 to $15,000 per month.
Tower two residences will be released closer to opening this fall. Interested residents can visit the St. Paul Collection Leasing Showroom located at 240 St. Paul Street on the Garden Level.
The iconic mixed-use development also includes 55,000 square feet of ground floor retail. CB2’s 11,000-square-foot store at 210 St. Paul Street will be its first location in the Mountain West and its 16th in the country. The store plans to open this summer. The 3,000-square-foot, 55-bike SoulCycle studio will be located in the second tower at 255 St. Paul Street and is scheduled to open in October 2018. The first St Paul Collection tower is scheduled for completion in spring 2018, with the second tower slated for fall 2018.
