CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for HighPoint Logistics Park, a 2.2 million-square-foot Class A industrial park currently in development at E-470 and 64th Avenue in Aurora.
Daniel Close, Todd Witty, Tyler Carner, and Jeremy Ballenger with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics practice in Denver are marketing the property. Zoning has been completed and the site will offer spec construction, build-to-suit opportunities and land for sale.
The project is a joint venture between Hyde Development and M.A. Mortenson Company. Plans call for an industrial park with a mix of cross dock and front park, rear load warehouse product. The 127-acre site is located east of the newly-opened Gaylord Rockies Resort and south of Pena Boulevard and Denver International Airport within three economic benefit zones: a Federal opportunity zone, an Adams County Enterprise Zone and a Limon Foreign Trade Zone.
The HighPoint Logistics Park is in three economic benefit zones: A Federal opportunity zone, Adams County Enterprise Zone, and Limon Foreign Trade Zone. The distinction allows for significant tax credits that should further encourage job creation and investment by businesses.
