Westminster, CO – CBRE Group, Inc., announced today the sale of the Westminster Center, a 120,132 square foot office campus in Westminster Colorado, was sold on June 3 by Geoff Baukol, Executive Vice President of CBRE Capital Markets. The two-building, fully leased space was purchased by Capri EGM, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm.
“The property offers the ideal combination of a single tenant long-term lease commitment, strong credit and new construction—all in a strategic and growing location,” said Baukol.
When Westminster Center was constructed in 2002, it began as a one-building, 66,000 square foot property. Westminster Capital acquired the building in 2007 and completed construction of the second building in 2016. The property is 100 percent leased to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE:ADS), a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Plano, Texas, that provides loyalty and marketing solutions to clients in the United States and internationally.
Located in north Denver, Westminster Center sits two blocks north of the intersection of 120th Avenue and Huron Street, a half mile from the RTD Wagon Road Park-n-Ride and less than one mile from I-25.
