Denver, CO – With the opening of the A Line this past Friday, April 22nd, CBRE Research notes a “Corridor of Opportunity” for catalytic residential and commercial real estate development.
- Despite millions of dollars of recent development, the Corridor’s built environment will continue to transform in the coming years.
- RTD expects average ridership of 24,000 people on weekdays.There will be 4,329 parking spaces for commuters.
- In addition to the Corridor of Opportunity, the vision for Denver’s Aerotropolis includes 9,000 acres of commercial development to compete in the “globally-networked speed-driven economy” with other major airports including Amsterdam, Frankfort and Beijing.
