DENVER – CBRE has been named a Key Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate by GlobeSt.com and its print publication, Real Estate Forum. The award recognizes the individuals and groups who stand at the top of their field in advancing the growing sector of healthcare commercial real estate.
Both CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets and CBRE Healthcare were honored. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and debt and equity recapitalization strategies across the continuum of care, including medical office buildings, specialized and general acute care, long-term acute care facilities, and other post-acute care operations. Additionally, the group assists healthcare organizations with strategic capital planning (including monetization of non-core real estate), and advising owners and operators in the developer selection process.
Since its founding in 2006, the practice has executed on more than $9 billion worth of assignments, involving over 500 healthcare facilities in 38 states. The group includes Vice Chairman Chris Bodnar, Vice Chairman Lee Asher, Senior Vice President Shane Seitz, Senior Director Ryan Lindsley and Senior Director Sabrina Solomiany.
