CBRE Names Matt Vance Director of Research for Colorado Region

Denver, CO – CBRE Group, Inc. named Matt Vance as director of research and analysis for the Colorado region, including Boulder, Colorado Springs, Denver and Fort Collins. Mr. Vance joins a team of senior research professionals around the country who develop in-depth insight and analysis on a variety of trends impacting a broad base of commercial real estate professionals.

As director of research and analysis, Mr. Vance is responsible for guiding the research efforts within the region, as well as maintaining CBRE’s position as a thought leader across markets. His work will be focused on arming CBRE’s professionals and clients with unmatched market knowledge and sophisticated analysis to ensure data-driven decisions and world-class results.

Mr. Vance joins the firm’s Colorado region from CBRE Econometric Advisors (EA), CBRE’s independent real estate forecasting arm, where he has been an economist for the past two years, focusing on the multifamily sector. In addition to his new role, Mr. Vance will continue to serve as an economist at EA and advise on CBRE’s forecasting.

Mr. Vance holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics, statistics and business economics from Grand Valley State University.
