On Monday night, the Denver City Council signed a lease agreement to occupy nearly 47,000-square-feet of additional office space inside The Denver Post building. An 87-month, $11.2 million sublease amendment means that the city will also occupy the entire eighth floor as soon as Dec. 1, when The Post’s remaining staff will move out.
