The Opus Group announced today the start of construction of two speculative building projects, The Ridge at Dove Valley. The buildings—102,877 square feet and 116,524 square feet—will be located in Denver’s third-largest industrial submarket, Englewood. Opus is the developer, design-builder, architect and engineer of record for the project.
“Opus is excited to deliver two modern industrial buildings that will meet the demand for a variety of tenants,” said Sean Cummings, vice president of real estate development at Opus. “We look forward to continuing the development of this dynamic industrial park within the growing southeast industrial market.”
The Ridge at Dove Valley will be adjacent to UCHealth Training Center and is conveniently located near Interstate-25, C-470, Interstate-225 and E-470, providing tenants with easy access to the Denver International Airport, Centennial Airport and downtown Denver.
“Using our integrated design-build approach, Opus is focused on delivering high-quality buildings with enduring value,” said Joe Swensson, senior manager of real estate development at Opus. “We’re confident this project will complement and help strengthen the local community.”
The 102,877-square-foot building will offer 26 dock positions, 4 drive-in doors, and 210 parking stalls. The 116,524-square-foot building will offer 26 dock positions, 4 drive-in doors, and 250 parking stalls. Both buildings will be modern Class A industrial facilities, featuring extensive glass and architectural design elements. The buildings are slated for completion in May 2022.
Todd Witty and Daniel Close of CBRE are currently marketing the buildings for lease.
