Continuum Partners Celebrates the Opening of Hale Park at 9th & Colorado Project

DENVER — Continuum Partners, the Denver-based developer of 9th& Colorado — a 26-acre urban infill project at the site of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center — recently held a public green grass and blue sky shindig at the project’s newly opened Hale Park. The event celebrated recent milestones of the project and brought the community together with live music, food trucks, arts + crafts vendors, kid-friendly booths, lawn games, face painting and beer and wine as well as tours of the new Theo Luxury Apartments.

Continuum Partners has engaged Denver-based firms for the design and construction of the project including general contractors Saunders Construction, Kiewit Building Group, and Catamount Constructors; architects Shears Atkins Rockmore, Gensler, and 4240 Architecture.

New 9th & Colorado vendors include Clean Juice and Postino WineCafe. Neighborhood retailers Steep Tea and Coffee, La Fillette Bakery, Noble Hog Charcuterie, Gelato Boy, Congress Park Tap Room, Violet Hive Art Collective and multiple craft vendors also participated in the event.

A highly-walkable development, 9th & Colorado is designed to complement and connect with the surrounding residential neighborhoods, integrating open space and pedestrian amenities with a mix of uses including residential, office, retail and entertainment.

Theo is the first market rate residential building at 9th & Colorado, featuring 275 rental units set atop 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail. A second phase of residential will be completed in Fall 2019.
