CoreNet Global Honors Colorado Chapter Members David Glasscock & Joe Larkin

DENVER — CoreNet Global Colorado Chapter members David Glasscock and Joe Larkin were honored at the Global Awards & Recognition Dinner held in conjunction with the Global Summit in Seattle.

Glasscock was recognized as a finalist for Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year. This award recognizes the corporate real estate executive who made outstanding and distinguished contributions to his/her company and to the profession within the past year.

In 2013, Glasscock joined Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) as system vice president of real estate. With more than 30 years in the real estate and development industry, he oversees the national strategic and operational guidance to CHI and its market-based organizations on transactions, development, property management, space management, and other real estate related activities for 55 million square feet.

Larkin was honored with the Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) designation. The SLCR designation is awarded to those who broaden business perspective, enhance strategic approach to decision making, hone financial analysis skills, and expand essential leadership abilities.

Larkin has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1977. His experience includes both investment and corporate (occupier) real estate providing real estate counseling, transactional services and investment valuation services. Larkin’s Colorado firm, First Realty, Inc., provides transactional and strategic counseling for businesses, investors and private equity syndications.
