CREW Denver Celebrates 2023 Women of Influence (PHOTOS)

On October 11, CREW Denver held its annual Women of Influence Awards at Moss Denver in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District. The event was hosted by Danielle Grant, meteorologist at 9News and included talks from keynote speakers Erin Brockovich, a renowned consumer advocate and Environmental Activist, as well as Kourtny Garrett, president and CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership. Attendees also enjoyed a networking happy hour.

“CREW Denver’s Women of Influence awards celebration was an absolute triumph! The networking portion of the evening was incredibly successful, with professionals from various CRE fields engaging in meaningful conversations and forming valuable connections,” said Rachels Harms, CREW Denver president.

Lauren Fry, CREW Denver president elect, added, “With the esteemed presence of our keynote speaker, Erin Brockovich, the atmosphere was electric. Her insightful words left an impact on the audience, inspiring and empowering everyone to reach new heights of success in the CRE industry.”

The 2023 Women of Influence Award winners are:

TRAILBLAZER AWARD: Erin Kelley, Fidelity National Title

The Trailblazer award honors a dynamic woman who has made a positive impact within the commercial real estate industry through her leadership, deal-making, service back to the community, entrepreneurial spirit, and exemplification of admirable judgment and professionalism.

Erin Kelley serves as vice president, national commercial account manager for Fidelity National Title – NCS, Colorado. Solution focused and highly strategic with a sophisticated understanding of title and escrow processes, Erin combines her technical experience with innate resourcefulness and tenacity to anticipate the needs of her customers so as to appropriately introduce solutions and opportunities.

RISING LEADER AWARD: Brooke Dumon, Revesco Properties

The Rising Leader award recognizes an exceptional woman within the Colorado commercial real estate community who has less than 10 years of professional experience. This honoree is dynamic, growth-oriented, involved in the community, and shows early promise as an influential future leader in the industry.

As Director of Acquisitions at Revesco Properties, Brooke leads all facets of sourcing and executing on new acquisition or development investments. Prior to joining Revesco Properties, Brooke was an Analyst with HFF Denver where she underwrote, marketed and closed over $765 million in commercial real estate financing transactions across all property types including multifamily, office, retail and hotels.

WOMAN OF IMPACT AWARD: Elizabeth Likovich, Aimco

The Woman of Impact award recognizes a woman-led project, transaction, or deal of significance within commercial real estate. This project can include acquisitions, design, construction, financing, development, lease, etc. of any completed commercial property type located in Colorado. Project or transaction must have been completed or closed between June 2022 and September 2023.

As Senior Vice President at Aimco, Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the development, construction, and acquisition activities within the Central United States. She joined the company in March 2020. She began her career at Aimco as vice president, redevelopment, and was instrumental in bringing several large projects across the finish line.

CREW CONNECTOR AWARD: Robin Choate, Alliance Construction Solutions

The CREW Connector award honors a CREW Denver member who has shown outstanding dedication to supporting member-to-member business, connecting members, and promoting the growth and mission of CREW.

With Alliance Construction Solutions, Robin leads the effort to cultivate client relationships, identify business opportunities, define long-term strategic goals, and ensure excellent customer service. Robin has been with Alliance since 2004 and has held positions in both operations and work procurement departments. Robin also holds an ownership stake in the company.

CREW Denver was founded in 1984 and has been blazing trails ever since. Today, its membership comprises some of the most influential, enterprising and energetic professionals in Denver. Women willing to step up, take risks and take the lead. Its mission is quite simple: advance the success of women in commercial real estate. Its membership is, at once, diverse and inclusive.
