BALANI Custom Clothiers, well known in the high-end clothing and business circles of Chicago and NYC, has opened a new 4,000-square-foot showroom in Cherry Creek, expanding its footprint in the Denver metro region to meet increased demand in hand-made, high-quality custom men’s clothing options with a unique stylist shopping experience.

Originally opening in Denver in 2018, the former Cherry Creek location occupied only 150 square feet. Since then, the company has seen exponential growth in the Denver market – averaging 60 percent sales growth each year and signaling the need for a larger presence from a high-end custom suit maker in the area.

“In a market that has previously embraced a more laid-back vibe, we are excited to see a shift toward elevating men’s style to the next level in Colorado,” said Sonny Balani, CEO of BALANI Custom Clothiers. “During the pandemic, our Cherry Creek showroom was the best-performing market across the U.S., far exceeding expectations, and has continued to increase in revenue every year since. Our local team of clothiers has had a great experience working with the people of Denver and has remained dedicated to providing the best possible custom experience for our customers, with a focus on quality, attention to detail and the superior personalized service that is at the core of everything we do.”

Located at 301 University Boulevard in Denver’s Cherry Creek North neighborhood, the new showroom features a team of expert clothiers who operate on a foundational belief in true custom, elevated quality and long-lasting relationships with their clients. The store offers custom suits, sport coats, tuxedos, separates, accessories, outerwear, shoes and casual menswear, ensuring a personalized and unique experience for each client.

All BALANI showroom designs maintain a uniform luxury experience across all locations while boasting unique flairs to resonate with local clientele. The Cherry Creek location was tailored to celebrate the city’s vibrant culture with three distinctive accent walls, including a statement wall adorned with vintage skis, a nod to Colorado’s illustrious ski culture; a lush “living” greenery wall, reflecting Denver’s robust outdoor lifestyle; and a map wall illustrating the diverse global origins of BALANI’s textiles, underscoring its commitment to quality and international craftsmanship.

BALANI is also the custom clothier for several of Denver’s professional athletes, including members of the Avalanche, Broncos and Nuggets, as well as local TV personalities.

Founded in 1961 by Peter Balani, BALANI Custom Clothiers has built a reputation of excellence in the industry. A custom experience with BALANI Custom Clothiers begins by meeting with a stylist to discuss custom needs and options. At the fabric bar, clients enjoy a drink and peruse swatches of fabric from world-renowned mills. More than 40 measurements are taken to ensure garments fit seamlessly to a client’s unique shape and preferences.
