Danhydra, a provider of tool solutions for wind power, has signed a long-term lease for a two-building 95,742-square-foot industrial/flex facility at 5100 Boyd Lake Ave., Loveland. Headquartered in Denmark, Danhydra is relocating its Americas operation from nearby Commerce City.
The Loveland facility, which underwent multiple remodel and expansions during 2012, 2013 and 2014, is owned by Monomoy Properties. Jared Goodman and Tyler Murray with Cushman & Wakefield Fort Collins represented the landlord in the transaction.
“We are very pleased to have completed this significant lease with a high-quality tenant in Danhydra,” said Goodman, vice president. “This is a recently renovated, flexible and highly functional facility and coveted extensive laydown space situated on an abundant 13.5-acre site.”
In addition to its accessibility, quality and functionality, Danhydra selected the location due in part to its proximity to one of its key product suppliers. The tenant was represented by Tom Myers and Jake Cook with Unique Properties.
Tyler Murray, senior associate, added, “The transaction exemplifies the continued strong demand for industrial product despite the pandemic. This is a significant deal for the Loveland/Northern Colorado market given the size of the operation and long-term commitment to the region this lease provides.”
Both buildings have a minimum clear height sloping from 32’ to 27’ which allow for a variety industrial uses and functional layouts for warehousing and fabrication/assembly. There are multiple overhead cranes located within the property and thirteen overhead drive-in doors. The property also features modern private offices, break room and conference room, and offers heavy power, security system, and a fully fenced yard with multiple gated access points. The property also features a rail spur connecting to the Union Pacific railroad.
