DCPS was named the Denver area’s 7th fastest-growing private company in the Giant category by the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) at its Fast 50 Awards Reception on October 29, at Pindustry in Greenwood Village.

Each year, the DBJ recognizes 50 of the Denver metro area’s fastest-growing privately held companies across five revenue categories. The 2026 rankings recognize revenue growth from 2023 through 2025. The Giant category includes companies with $100M+ in annual revenue.

“We are honored to be named the seventh fastest-growing private company in the Denver metro area,” said DCPS owner Dale Heims. “This recognition belongs to our crews, who show up on every property in every season. We will keep investing in our people and in the service our clients count on.”

“Growth only matters if clients keep trusting us with their properties,” said Luis San Martin, DCPS vice president of sales & marketing. “Our teams earn that trust every day, and this award is a credit to them.”

DCPS serves more than 1,100 commercial property clients, with more than 250 employees across multiple offices. Its seven divisions – Asphalt and Concrete, Waterproofing and Concrete Restoration, Roofing, Snow Removal, Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, and Construction– provide coordinated construction, restoration and ongoing property maintenance services to commercial properties and managers.

Founded in Colorado in 2011, DCPS serves commercial property clients throughout Colorado and supports projects across state lines as client needs require.
