This week, the Denver Chapter of the Business Development Guild will host the first of a two-part virtual series titled The Lifecycle of Winning Work – Part 1.
Business Development pursuits eye the destination (i.e. the win), but it is truly a journey–pre and post. The timeline is involved and nuanced at every point–strategic/business development plan development, market research, qualifying a lead, the presell, project win and transition.
Diverting from a typical moderator/panel format, Part 1 will offer virtual breakout rooms where you can choose to attend and have direct interaction with the discussion host and fellow attendees.
Part 2 is scheduled for August 13, so Save The Date! Come listen, learn and participate. Invite your teams! Current Certified Business Developers earn 1 CEU Credit!
Moderated by Maggie Bolden, director of client relations for Palace Construction, discussion hosts will include; Jami Moholenkamp, principal of OZ Architecture; Margo Waisanen, business development manager for Granit Construction; and Edie Adams, CPSM marketing for Olsson.
