Denver Professionals Recognized Nationally by Transwestern for 2016 Performance

Denver, CO – Transwestern announces two Denver professionals were recognized nationally in the commercial real estate firm’s 2017 Presidents’ Awards for their outstanding performance in 2016.

John Blackshire has won a Young Guns Award, which recognizes young producers who may not be new to the firm, but had strong transaction volume or made significant contributions to the company. Blackshire joined Transwestern’s Multifamily Investment Services team to partner with Tom Wanberg in 2014. The partners have successfully grown their business with the philosophy of mentorship and integrating traditional business value with innovative best practices.
