Denver’s legendary Oxford Hotel has been named to Travel + Leisure’s 2023 T+L 500, an illustrious list released today that recognizes the 500 best hotels & resorts in the world.

“The Oxford is delighted to be included on this prestigious list of the top hotels in the world,” said Ed Blair, the area general manager overseeing The Oxford Hotel and The Oxford Club & Spa. “The Oxford offers the perfect combination of timeless elegance and modern luxury. We invite guests to ‘stay for the story’ – from the moment you arrive at our hotel, we want it to feel like a warm embrace that transports you to a classic age where high style & excellent service were paramount.”

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Oxford Hotel anchors the popular LoDo District with 80 luxurious guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of elegant event space. Guests can dine at the award-winning Urban Farmer Denver, a modern farm-to-table steakhouse that mixes local and responsibly sourced ingredients with a down-to-earth soul, and enjoy cocktails at The Cruise Room, Denver’s quintessential Art Deco martini bar that first opened on the day after Prohibition ended in 1933. The Oxford is also home to The Oxford Club & Spa, which offers a comprehensive spa and fitness experience.

Each year, the readers of Travel + Leisure vote for their favorite destinations, city hotels, resorts, and more in the World’s Best Awards survey. The T+L 500 properties are divided into eight geographic regions, designed to serve as a trusted resource for millions of enthusiastic travelers.

The T+L 500 list — which also includes Colroado’s St Julien Hotel & Spa, The Rally, C Lazy U Ranch, Clayton Hotel & Members Club, and The Maven — will be featured in the May print issue of Travel + Leisure.
