Design Workshop, an international landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm, has been selected as the 2023 Architizer A+Awards Jury Winner in the Best Landscape Design Firm category. The firm also received two awards from World Landscape Architecture for their Houston Arboretum and Nature Center and Black Fox Ranch projects.
The 11th Annual Architizer A+Awards received entries from over 90 countries and noted Design Workshop’s work truly represents the best of architecture worldwide. The Architizer A+ Jury Winner is selected by their illustrious jury, comprising architects and designers, media luminaries, tech and business leaders, and other creatives. As the industry’s largest and most international awards program, Architizer’s A+Awards honors the best architecture and spaces from across the globe.
The 2023 World Landscape Architecture Awards celebrate the best in landscape architecture worldwide. These prestigious international awards attract the most innovative and creative design firms. The WLA Awards jurors reviewed over 250 entries in nine categories. Design Workshop, along with Reed Hilderbrand, received a Merit Award in the Build Large Design category for their work on the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center. The firm also received an Honour Award, along with CLB Architects, in the Built Private Residential Design for their work on Black Fox Ranch: Extending the Legacy of the West to a New Generation.
