DENVER — For the 17th year, ENR Mountain States announced the winners of its 2017 Best Projects competition across a seven-state region, which includes Utah, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Projects will be covered in more detail in the October issue of ENR Mountain States, and the Colorado winners will be honored at a breakfast awards event in Denver on Oct. 25.
The following Colorado projects were winners:
Airports/Transit
